Boil and mince the beef. Also grind the onion. Pour vegetable oil into the pan, fry the onion first, then add the meat, add the pre-boiled rice after frying a little, season with salt, black and red pepper.
Add chopped greens, stir and remove from heat. Leave to cool.
Put the filling on the prepared lavash and wrap it. Fry in vegetable oil. Serve with sour cream, if desired.
