We are preparing a very tasty, light, easy-to-prepare salad with avocado and chicken.
• chicken breast 225 g
• olive oil 1 tbsp.
• salt and black pepper
• red pepper 1/4 tsp.
• onion powder 1/8 tsp.
• garlic powder 1/4 tsp.
• ground cumin 1/8 tsp.
• chili pepper 1/8 tsp.
• oregano 1/8 tsp.
• Juice of 1/2 lime
• lime juice 3 tbsp.
• olive oil 2 tbsp.
• salt and black pepper
• red pepper flakes
• 1 cucumber, sliced
• cherry tomatoes 1 cup, split
• 1/4 medium onion, thinly sliced
• Coriander or parsley
• 1 avocado, sliced
You can prepare it with spices: black and red pepper, garlic powder, oregano.
Method of preparation: season the chicken breast with spices and olive oil, fry in a pan for 3-4 minutes on each side. Leave to cool, cut.
Mix the salad and sauce ingredients in separate bowls, combine, mix and serve.
